Kepo Siding & Windows is growing and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Window & Door Installers and Carpenters.

Full-Time Career Opportunity

This is a full-time position focused primarily on residential window and door installation. Team members may also assist with siding and decking projects as needed.

We are looking for hardworking individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in their work.

What You’ll Be Doing

Window Installation

Install replacement and new construction windows with attention to detail and proper fitment.

Door Installation

Install entry doors, patio doors, storm doors, and other exterior door systems.

Carpentry Work

Assist with finish carpentry, trim work, framing adjustments, and related installation tasks.

Job Site Support

Work alongside our siding and decking crews when needed while helping maintain clean and safe job sites.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking candidates who:

  • Have experience in home improvement or carpentry
  • Understand how to properly use hand and power tools
  • Have strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Are dependable and punctual
  • Are drug and alcohol free
  • Take pride in producing quality work

Preferred Experience

  • 3+ years of home improvement experience preferred

Competitive Pay Based on Experience

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $25 to $50 per hour depending on experience, skill level, and qualifications.

Our projects are primarily located throughout:

  • Somerset County
  • Hunterdon County
  • Middlesex County
  • Warren County
  • Union County
  • Parts of Mercer County
